Custom Jewelry Agreement
All grillz are custom-made products created specifically for the customer. Due to the nature of custom jewelry, all sales are final.
Production Times
Estimated production and shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Shipping carrier delays
- Incomplete impressions
- Material availability
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for:
- Harassment
- Threatening behavior
- Fraudulent activity
- Chargeback abuse
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, photos, designs, and branding are property of ForstForge Jewelers Co and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Improper cleaning or care
