Welcome to Frostforge Jewelers Co. Because all grillz are custom-made and personalized for each customer, all sales are final.

Final Sale Policy

All grillz purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your grillz are custom jewelry made specifically for you.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size submitted by customer
• Improper mold impressions
• Buyer’s remorse
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Normal wear and tear

Repairs & Adjustments

We offer a limited repair and adjustment period within 30 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or fit-related issues caused by production errors.

If an adjustment or repair is approved:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
• Repairs must be authorized before items are sent back
• Unauthorized returns may be refused

After 30 days, any repairs, remakes, or adjustments may require additional fees.

Impression & Fit Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate impressions and sizing information. Poor-quality impressions may result in improper fit, delays, or additional remake fees.

We reserve the right to reject impressions that do not meet quality standards.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

By purchasing from our store, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving custom-made products. Any fraudulent claims may be pursued legally and submitted to collections.
