Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders typically require 30 Days for production before shipment. Production time begins only after:

• Payment is received
• Approved impressions are submitted
• All required information is confirmed

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier and customer.

We are not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Customs delays for international orders

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
